IREM Regional Vice President

2012 and 2013 Region 4 Vice President,
Institute of Real Estate Management
Betsy Bullard, CPM®

Betsy Bullard, CPM®, RPA, of Atlanta, GA, will serve as the 2012 and 2013 Regional Vice President for Region 4. During her two-year term, she will have oversight for the activities of the five IREM® chapters in Georgia and Florida.

Bullard is Director of Asset Services for the Atlanta area and Alabama for CB Richard Ellis (CBRE). With more than 19 years of industry experience, Bullard’s portfolio consists of 7.2 million square feet of office and 2.6 million square feet of industrial properties. Her responsibilities include supervising 13 managers, as well as oversight of property operations, budget, and staffing. Her previous position with CBRE, which she joined in 2006 as the result of its merger with Trammell Crow Company, was as the Asset Services Director of Operations for the Southern Region.

CBRE recognized Bullard as the “Real Estate Manager of the Year” in 2007 and as “Team Leader of the Year” in 2010. She earned the IREM-conferred Certified Property Manager® (CPM®) credential in 2002, and has been active in the organization every since. She has held numerous positions with IREM’s Georgia Chapter No. 67, and in 2008 served as chapter president. Nationally, she has served on the IREM® Governing Council and as a member of the Industry Standards Committee.

Bullard earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Brenau College, Gainesville, GA. In addition to IREM, she is member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), from which she earned her Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation. She also is licensed by the state of Georgia as a real estate salesperson.
