Deborah J. Ho-Beckstrom, CPM^®

Deborah J. Ho-Beckstrom, CPM, of Apple Valley, MN, is serving as the 2010 -2011 Regional Vice President for Region 9.  During her two-year term, she has oversight for the activities of the IREM chapters in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Illinois.

Ho-Beckstrom is chief executive officer of Community Association Group, Inc., St. Paul, MN, a property management and consulting firm specializing in common interest communities. A recognized leader within the association management segment of the real estate industry, she is the former chief executive officer of Condominium & Association Resource Group, Inc., St. Paul, MN, which she sold in 2000. She earned the IREM-conferred Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation in 1987 and has held many leadership positions with IREM’s Minnesota Chapter No. 45, including that as president.  She was honored with the chapter’s President’s Award in 2003 and its “CPM® of the Year” award in 2004. Nationally, she helped to author IREM’s International Management course.

A licensed real estate broker in Minnesota, Ho-Beckstrom is a past president of the Community Association Institute of Minnesota and a past member of the Minnesota Association of Realtors’ Governmental Affairs Committee.
