IREM Regional Vice President

2011 and 2012 Region 6 Vice President,
Institute of Real Estate Management
M.Kris Moore, CPM®,CCIM®

M. Kris Moore, CPM®, CCIM®, of Indianapolis, IN., will serve as the 2011 and 2012 Regional Vice President for Region 6. During her two-year term, she will have oversight for the activities of IREM® chapters in Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, and West Virginia.

Ms. Moore’s responsibilities at Cassidy Turley includes overseeing a team of real estate managers and support staff responsible for approximately two million square feet of office assignments located in Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio. She is a three-time recipient of the Indianapolis Cassidy Turley “Property Manager of the Year” award. Prior to joining the firm, she spent 16 years as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) specializing in the commercial real estate industry in both the public and private sectors.

Ms. Moore earned the IREM-conferred Certified Property Manager® (CPM®) designation in 2005 and has been active in the organization ever since.  She had held numerous leadership positions in IREM Indianapolis Chapter No. 24, including that of president in 2007 and 2008, and was honored with its “CPM of the Year” award in 2005. 

She has served IREM at the national level in 2009 and currently as a member of the Membership Committee.   Along with her CPM® credential, she has achieved her Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and holds an Indiana real estate salesperson’s license.

In addition to her professional affiliations, Ms. Moore has volunteered considerable time and effort in support of the Ronald McDonald House of Indiana, Coburn Place (both IREM® Indianapolis Chapter’s community caring projects), and Winners Walk Tall.
