Lori Burger, CPM®
Lori Burger, CPM, PCAM, CCAM, CAM, is a Senior Vice President of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®). She is also a Senior Vice President and Director of Eugene Burger Management Corporation (EBMC) headquartered in Rohnert Park, CA, and has managed the full spectrum of residential and commercial property types.
Burger has led the way in managing “full envelope” reconstruction projects of aging community association communities, orchestrating numerous multi-million dollar renovation projects. She has written and lectured extensively on a wide range of real estate management and related topics.
Burger earned her Certified Property Manager® (CPM®) from IREM in 1984, and has been active in the organization locally and nationally. She is a past president of IREM chapters in Northern Nevada/Tahoe and San Francisco, has served as a regional vice president, and currently is a member of IREM’s Governing Council and National Executive Committee. Along with her CPM® designation, she has earned credentials from other professional real estate organizations at the state and national levels.
