Michael T. Lanning, CPM®

Michael T. Lanning, CPM®, is a Senior Vice President of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®). He is also a vice president of CB Richard Ellis, Inc., Kansas City, with responsibilities that include office agency leasing and tenant representation for corporate clients, with a focus on the healthcare sector.

Lanning is a long-time member of IREM’s Kansas City Chapter No. 15. Over the years, he has held numerous leadership positions with the chapter, including that of president. In 2005, he was honored as the chapter’s Certified Property Manager® (CPM®) of the Year.” Lanning has also been active in IREM at the national level, having served previously as a senior vice president, regional vice president, and committee chair’ and as an at-large member of the IREM® Executive Committee.

In addition to his involvement with IREM, Lanning is a member of the Rochhurst Parents Club and the Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity.
