IREM Regional Vice President

2009 and 2010 Region 5 Vice President,
Institute of Real Estate Management
R. Wayne Pierce, CPM®

R. Wayne Pierce, CPM®, of Madison, MS, will serve as the 2009 and 2010 Regional Vice President for Region 5.  During his two-year term, he will have oversight for the activities of the four IREM chapters in Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mississippi.

Pierce is president of the Heritage Properties, Inc. of Mississippi, AMO®. He has been active in IREM’s Mississippi Chapter No. 80 since 1993 and earned IREM’s Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation in 1993.  He has held numerous chapter leadership positions, including that of president, and has served on various IREM National committees

Pierce is a licensed real estate broker in Mississippi and Louisiana.  In addition to IREM, he is a member of the Mississippi Multifamily Council, the National Apartment Association. (NAA) and the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute (CCIM), which awarded him its CCIM credential in 1998

Pierce earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 1985 from the University of Mississippi.
