All inclusive CCIM & IREM Success Series 2009 registration fee!
The full registration fee includes:
*Education Sessions and Activities
*Success Series Extravaganza on Friday
*Continental Breakfast on Friday and Saturday
*Lunch on Friday
Register by September 30, 2009, and pay a registration fee of $675.
Separate Fee Events
You may purchase tickets for yourself or for your guest for the following events that are not included in your full registration fee:
*CCIM Inaugural Gala ($110)

*IREM Inaugural Gala on Thursday at 7:00 pm ($110)
Fee includes dinner and limited host bar.
*Sites of Oahu tour on Friday 8:00 am to 3:00 pm ($110)
Fee includes Continental Breakfast and admittance to the Opening Session at Success Series 2009, lunch and a tour of famous sites in Oahu. Success Series attendees and their guests may purchase a ticket for this event.
* Golf Tournament on Saturday ($220)
*Success Series Wrap Party on Saturday ($110)
Fee includes dinner and limited host bar.
Registration Policies
Registration forms will not be processed without full payment.
Members of the Realtor® Commercial Alliance (RCA), BOMA International (BOMA), International Facilities Management Association (IFMA) and Appraisal Institute (MAI) are all welcome to register at the member rate, in recognition of the important contributions they make to our industry.
Day Pass
If you are unable to attend the entire CCIM & IREM Success Series 2009 event but would like to take advantage of the educational offerings, you may purchase a Day Pass for Friday or Saturday. Please indicate which day you would like to purchase the Pass on the registration form.
The Day Pass does not include the Success Series Extravaganza on Friday. However, you may purchase a ticket for this event.
Please note: Only one Day Pass per person can be purchased.
Student Registrations
CCIM and IREM encourage all full-time college students interested in a career in real estate to attend. The CCIM & IREM Success Series 2009 student registration fee is $100. Details will be coming soon regarding special activities planned for the Success Series 2009 students.
Payment
You may pay by check (payable to CCIM/IREM Conference) or by credit card. VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express accepted. The fee covers costs incidental to conducting a meeting of this nature, and include, but are not limited to, the following: education session speakers and materials, continental breakfast and lunch on Friday, Success Series Evening Extravaganza on Friday, refreshment breaks.

Conference Location
The IREM and CCIM Business and Governance Meetings and CCIM & IREM Success Series 2009 will take place at the Hawaii Convention Center.
Headquarter Hotel
The Hilton Hawaiian Village is the headquarter hotel for the IREM and CCIM Business and Governance Meetings and CCIM & IREM Success Series 2009. The Hilton Hawaiian Village is located several blocks from the Hawaii Convention Center. Reservations can be made by calling (808) 949-4321. Please identify yourself as attending the IREM/CCIM Conference and refer to group code (AHB) in order to receive the special rate. We suggest that you make your guest room reservations early and no later than September 1, 2009. Space is limited, and reservations are confirmed on a first come, first served basis. CCIM and IREM do not guarantee guest room availability.
Conference Attire
Business casual/resort attire is appropriate for most conference activities and events.
Attire for the CCIM Gala on Wednesday is cocktail chic (sundresses, white linen).
Attire for the IREM Inaugural Gala on Thursday is black tie optional.
Changes and Cancellations
A refund, less a $100 cancellation fee, will be issued if notice of registration cancellation is received, in writing, on or before September 10 , 2009. We cannot grant refunds for cancellations after September 10 , 2009. No refunds will be issued on unused tickets. Changes and cancellations must be made in writing and sent to:
