Make no small plans!  Maximize this time with your chapter leadership team to advance your 2011 & 2012 planning, including:  strategic plan, operations budget, and Chapter Star Workbook.  IREM staff, leaders, and speakers will be available for one-on-one consultations as needed to help guide you through your questions and ideas.  Design and confirm your agenda prior to the conference so you can hit the ground running!
