Classroom Courses

To cancel your registration, notify the IREM course sponsor by mail, fax, or e-mail.

• If you cancel within 10 or more business days prior to the start of the course – you will receive a full refund of your registration fee.
• If you cancel less than 10 business days but a minimum of three business days prior to the start of the course – you may either receive a full refund (less a $75 administrative fee) of your registration fee, or you may transfer to another course in any delivery format.  The $75 administrative fee is applied to each individual course cancelled. Transfer to another course or delivery format is only valid for up to 12 months from the date of cancellation.
• If you cancel within three business days prior to the start of the course or you are a no-show – your registration fee cannot be refunded nor can you transfer your registration to another course.

IREM may from time to time find it necessary to cancel a course.  In such cases, your registration fee will be fully refunded.  However, IREM assumes no liability for any expenses incurred other than the registration fee.

NOTE: IREM accepts late registrations for instructor-led online courses until the third business day following the first day of the online session.  Students registering during this period are not eligible for course refunds, course extensions, or transfers to another course.

Virtual Seminars/Webinars

To cancel your registration, notify IREM Headquarters by e-mail at webinars@irem.org.

• If you cancel three or more business days prior to the start of the virtual seminar/webinar – you may receive a full refund of your registration fee or you may receive a voucher valid for up to 12 months from the date of cancellation that can be applied towards a future virtual seminar/webinar.
• If you cancel less than three business days prior to the start of the virtual seminar/webinar – your registration fee cannot be refunded, but you will receive a voucher valid for up to 12 months from the date of cancellation that can be applied towards a future virtual seminar/webinar.
• If you are unable to participate on the day of the virtual seminar/webinar – your registration fee cannot be refunded nor can you transfer your registration to another virtual seminar/webinar.
