Education/Exams for Credentials

Investing in IREM education will yield professional benefits throughout your entire career. In addition to giving you the training you need to continually enhance your business, IREM education leads to credentials that are widely esteemed in the real estate management industry. The Institute offers three types of credentials that will boost your professional standing and distinguish you among other real estate management professionals. Find out about the specific education requirements for the CPM designation, ARM certification and AMO accreditation. You can fulfill the education requirements by completing IREM courses in any of the available formats – classroom, home study and online.

CPM Education - Three options for meeting the CPM education requirement.
ARM Education - Four options for meeting the ARM education requirement.
