LRM402 - Risk Management: Protecting People, Property, and Profits

Enhance the management skills needed to protect your properties and company from loss and liability. Create programs for safeguarding clients' investments and the security of the people who live, work, or shop at the properties you manage. “Risk Management: Protecting People, Property, and Profits” defines how to analyze potential risks at your property and shows you how to avoid future risks while gaining a deeper understanding of insurance issues and non-insurance risk-reduction strategies.

This course will cover: 

  • Determining risk transfer and minimization
  • Evaluating insurance and other alternatives
  • Developing and implementing safety, security, and emergency-preparedness programs

Offered in classroom (1 day), online, and homestudy formats.  (4 IREM Education points)
