Online Course Facilitators
Every online course facilitator is an experienced IREM instructor,
already familiar with the content of the course to which they have been assigned.
Our instructors are both IREM members and property management practitioners
who participated in a rigorous selection and training process. Online students
can rest assured that their facilitator also brings a wealth of real-world management
experience to the course.
College Credit
If your career plans include earning your CPM designation
or ARM or ACoM certifications as well as a Bachelor of Science degree, our online courses
can fulfill both requirements. By taking advantage of the Institute’s partnership
with Peirce College, you can earn a degree in business administration with an
emphasis in property management. The credit you earn from our online courses
(as well as from our classroom and home study offerings) can be applied towards an accredited
degree at Peirce. For details, click
here.
Pricing and Registration
View our online schedule for pricing and registration information.
IREM Members: Please be sure that you have logged in as an IREM Member by entering your username and password. This ensures that you receive the member price for courses at checkout.
If the course you wish to take isn't offered online during a specific session, consider one of our convenient one-day or
two-day classroom sessions offered throughout the country. You can also take
almost any IREM course through our home study program. Refer to the Course Schedule to see the formats in which each course is offered.
Students are welcome to register for two or even more online
courses within the same four-week session. However, registrants should remember that IREM courses are
professional training tools. As such, they demand a certain amount of dedication
and concentration to complete successfully. Be sure to review our policies on course
cancellation and the requirements for passing.
Whether you register here at our site or through our Customer
Service Department, you will receive confirmation of your enrollment via
U.S. mail a few days after. Later, approximately one week before the start of
your course, you can expect another confirmation to arrive via e-mail. This
notice will advise you of the username and password you must use to gain access
to the course.

Course Requirements
To successfully complete an IREM instructor-led online course and receive the passing grade needed for IREM credit, students must do the following:
- Complete all readings and activities within the lessons. Activities may include: written assignments, discussion board postings, quizzes, self tests, and webquests (web search activity).
- Submit all work by the last day of the four-week course session. IREM online courses do not require you to be online at any
specific date or time, or for any specific duration. You work at your leisure,
any time of day or night.
The course facilitator will make the final decision as to whether a student has met all requirements and passed the course. As with all IREM course offerings, letters informing
students of passing or failing grades are sent via U.S. mail within 45 days
following the last day of the course session. We ask for your patience during
this processing period.
