Developing an Asset Management Disposition Plan

Developing a strong asset management disposition plan (AMDP) – the sixth of six potential solutions for success with troubled assets in today’s market. An AMDP is a critical blueprint that will guide the identification and testing of alternatives to obtain the best possible outcome for the asset – working within the goals of the lender and the owner as well as how to move forward with the plan once it is developed.
