IREM International Chapter Friendship Program

Recognizing that IREM chapters in the United States play a crucial role in the growth and support of the Institute's international programs, IREM officially introduced the international chapter friendship program in 2003.
The purpose of the program is to provide IREM chapters in the US with the opportunity to formally affiliate with international partners (and their chapters) with whom IREM already has established a partnership, or IREM chapters outside of the U.S.

The goals for the chapter friendship program are to:

• Foster the exchange of information and best practices between and among property managers in the partner country and property managers in the United States
• Seek to facilitate business opportunities for members of the two groups who may be working together in each other’s markets.
• Encourage networking opportunities between and among members of the two associations.
• Cooperate for all of the purposed which are mutually beneficial to IREM, its US and international chapters and the partners association (and their chapters).
