If you are teaching full- or part-time at a college, community college, or university and want to stay connected and in touch with the real estate management industry, IREM's academic membership is for you. Access to the latest real estate news, information, and resources is now easier than ever with academic membership.

For $195 a year (based on date of application), Academic Members gain:

• Leadership, analytical and management skills while learning about the latest industry changes and trends that affect your curriculum.
• Personal relationships with other real estate professionals at any one of the many networking venues, including local chapter meetings and national conferences
• Timely information and resources including downloadable checklists and forms through IREMFIRST, the primary one-stop source for real estate management information
• A subscription to our bi-monthly publication, the Journal of Property Management (JPM®), offering coverage of critical real estate management issues and expert commentary.

Academic membership dues for the first year are based on the date that you submit your application as follows:

January - March: $195
April - June: $150
July - September: $100
October - December: $50

In subsequent years of membership, the full membership dues are $195 based on a calendar year cycle.
