Accredited Management Organization® (AMO®) Application

Software Requirements
- To view, complete and print this application, you must have Acrobat Reader 3.0 software (or a later version) installed on your computer. To save this application to your computer, you must have Acrobat Reader 5.0 (or a later version) or the full version of Adobe Acrobat.
- If you don’t have a .pdf reader, download
the Acrobat Reader software.
Completing the AMO Application Electronically
- When you download the attached file, you will get the full AMO Application
booklet, which includes a detailed explanation about the requirements as well
as the application. The application starts on page 13.
(Note: Your web browser may be configured with an Acrobat
plug-in to automatically open the file within your browser's window upon download.
To download the file directly to disk, right click on the file link then select
"Save Target/Link As.." when presented with a menu.)
- You can complete the application online.
- Be sure the hand tool (
)
is selected – if not, select it from the Acrobat toolbar menu.
- To complete the editable fields, position the hand pointer inside a
field and click. The I-beam pointer allows you to type text in a field.
The arrow pointer allows you to select a field, a check box, a radio button,
or an item from a list.
(Note: For the Letters of Recommendation, you may only
complete your name and address. The forms will need to be printed and
sent to your references for completion. Refer to the instructions as noted.)
When you have completed the application, print it and send it to IREM along
with all of the necessary attachments and your application fee.
- For printing, make sure you cursor is not in an editable field on the application
– use your mouse to select an area outside of an editable field before printing.
If a field is active (contains the blinking bar) the contents will not print.
- You can print from the “printer button” (
)
on either the Acrobat toolbar menu or from your web browser print function.
- You may save the document to your computer. Click the save button on the
web browser's Acrobat Reader plugin (
)
or Acrobat Reader (
) and choose
the location on your computer to which you want the file to be saved.
