Associate membership is available to U.S. applicants only.

If you are connected to the real estate industry and want to join IREM today, Associate membership is your answer. Your access to the latest real estate news, information, and resources is now easier than ever with Associate membership.

Work in the real estate management industry and want to get to know IREM? Interested in a career in real estate management and want to get a taste of the industry? Working toward an IREM credential, but not ready to apply? Then the Associate membership is right for you!

Apply Today!

Associate membership dues for the first year are based on the date that you submit your application as follows:

January - March: $205
April - June: $150
July - September: $100
October - December: $50

In subsequent years of membership, the full membership dues are $205 based on a calendar year cycle.
