The Professional Achievement Award: Take Your Next Step
The Professional Achievement Award is bestowed upon credentialed members who have continued their professional development and made outstanding professional accomplishments beyond earning their credential. Apply today if you are looking for that next step in both your professional and your IREM career. There are a variety of ways to qualify for this award, including: attending or presenting professional development programs, engaging in the IREMFIRST community, and involvement in other associations or community service. Applications are due by August 1, 2012, and award recipients will be reviewed at the IREM Fall Leadership Conference in October, 2012.

REALTOR^® VIP Program
Through membership in the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS^®, CPM Members and other members who are Realtors in the U.S. can take advantage of the numerous discounts offered via the REALTOR^® benefits program. IREM Foundation Scholarship Program
The IREM Foundation encourages and assists real estate professionals pursuing an IREM credential. Whether you're just starting a career in the real estate management industry, or a seasoned real estate professional, an IRE M Foundation scholarship will help you accomplish your goals. The scholarship is designed to help with the cost of attending IREM courses that earn education credit for IREM's credentials.

New IREM Benefits with Peirce College
With the convenience and flexibility to study on campus or online, Peirce College is the college that really works for working adults. Located in Center City Philadelphia, Peirce is in the business of transforming lives by making sure the benefits of higher education are accessible and attainable to non-traditional college students of all ages and backgrounds. The partnership between IREM and Peirce provides the following benefits for IREM Members:

• Receive twenty-five percent (25%) off Peirce College tuition
• College credit for selected IREM courses
  Peirce College offers credit toward the completion of an associate or bachelor’s degree to students completing real estate management courses taught by IREM.  Students can earn up to 30 credits toward an associate degree or up to 90 credits toward a bachelor’s degree through any combination of transfer credits, credit by examination, work experience or portfolio assessment.
• $50 application fee is waived
  When applying to Peirce College, IREM Members must attach an IREM membership verification letter to their application to waive the fee.  As with all institutions of higher education, the college must then review all application materials and determine whether candidates meet their admissions and eligibility requirements.
