Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM) |
ACoM membership is available to U.S. applicants only.
Create Your Own Opportunities.
Become an Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM),
the first new credential from IREM in 30 years.
IREM’s new Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM) certification gives you increased market visibility and credibility with owners, investors, and employers. Earn the ACoM certification and become a member of IREM — the real estate management industry’s premier professional association. You’ll be connected to the organization, including a local IREM chapter, and guaranteed access to the industry’s leading resources, tools, and information.
By earning the ACoM certification, you’ll also become an IREM Member. Experience the countless benefits and privileges offered with a prestigious IREM membership. For more information about the benefits of IREM membership, visit the Member Benefits page.
Why should I earn the ACoM certification before one of IREM’s other credentials, such as the Certified Property Manager® (CPM®) designation?
The ACoM credential is the perfect stepping stone to the CPM designation. If you are a commercial site manager and your portfolio has not yet reached the minimum size for the CPM designation, you can gain training, skills, and industry knowledge with the ACoM certification while working towards the CPM. The intermediate courses necessary for the ACoM also count toward the CPM education requirement.
Vendors, suppliers and service providers to the real estate management industry are not eligible for ACoM membership. For information about advertising or sponsorship opportunities, contact our sales representative at Fox Associates, Inc., 800-440-0232 or adinfo.jpm@foxrep.com.
