(Chicago, Jan. 19, 2007) 2006 Income/ Expense Analysis® data for 142 metropolitan areas across five key property sectors is now available from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®). Data for many of these metro areas – including Dallas, Little Rock, Phoenix and Wichita – is available for all five sectors.
Compiled by IREM’s Research Department, the data provides a detailed look at operating revenues and expenses for:
- Office buildings
- Conventional apartments
- Federally assisted apartments
- Condominiums, cooperatives and planned unit developments
- Shopping centers
Data is reported by common line items such as rent, utilities, maintenance, insurance, taxes, vacancies and payroll. These breakdowns make it easy to quickly benchmark properties in a given portfolio to others in the same marketplace.
An Individual Metro Report for a specific property type (e.g. the
Conventional Apartment Report for the Dallas metro area) is priced at $125. Also available is an Income/Expense Packaged Metro Report that includes individual metro as well as regional and national data for a specific property type (e.g. the Conventional Apartment Report for the Dallas metro area, the southwest region and the entire United States). Each Packaged Metro Report is priced at $175.
ORDERING INFORMATION
Both the Individual and Packaged Metro Reports can be ordered in downloadable PDF format by accessing the “IREM Store” section of the IREM® website at www.irem.org. The store includes information on all metro areas for which specific sector reports are available.
