Leasing and Management Proposal Templates Among the Newest

Chicago, Jan. 27, 2006 - More than 140 downloadable form templates for use by commercial, residential/condo and retail property managers are now available for purchase individually or as a package from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Inventoried in the IREMFIRST section of the IREM website and accessed directly at www.iremfirst.org, individual documents are downloadable in Word or Excel formats; forms packages, assembled by property type, are downloadable in WinZip format. All forms are easily customizable for specific business needs and designed to help property managers work better and faster.

The forms are organized in the IREMFIRST Forms Database by property type and then segmented into five broad categories. The categories are finance and accounting, leasing, maintenance and risk management, management, and marketing. Among the newest forms are leasing and management proposal templates for office buildings and shopping centers; commercial, residential and corporate charts of accounts; security and risk control checklists; an insurance policy analysis form; and a drug and crime-free policy for employees.

PRICE AND ORDERING INFORMATION
Individual forms range in price from $3 to $30. Forms packages, containing upwards of 90 different forms, are priced at $39.95. Free to IREM members, the individual forms and form packages can be ordered by non-members through the "IREM Store" section of the IREM website at www.irem.org. VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards are accepted.
