Amy Hedgecock, CPM® is the 2021-2022 regional vice president for IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) for Region 13, encompassing chapters in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. As a third-generation CPM and REALTOR, Amy Hedgecock grew up in the REALTOR Family. After graduating from East Carolina University, she started working at the property management company her grandfather started in 1977.
Amy is now the owner of Fowler & Fowler, REALTORS, in High Point, NC.
She’s highly involved in the Realtors Association and served as the North Carolina Realtors President in 2018. Amy was also the 2019 Chair of the National Association of REALTORS Single Family Investment Management Committee, and 2019 Chair of the IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) Legislative and Public Policy Committee. In 2021 she will chair the NAR Property Management Forum.
Amy is a proud graduate of both the NC REALTORS and the NAR Leadership Academies – 2009 and 2013 respectively. She believes that member involvement and engagement is paramount to the success of any association and looks to encourage new and emerging leaders.
When she is done with her day job, she puts on her super mom cape and flops down on the couch with her two boys – ages 6 and 16 – her dogs, and her husband. It’s a big couch.
