Anne Ficeli, CPM®, is the 2021-2022 regional vice president for IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) for Region 6, encompassing chapters in Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, and West Virginia. She’s president of Pure Real Estate Management, an AMO® firm in Grand Rapids, Michigan, a company she helped found in 2018. In this role Anne leads a team of professionals managing a diverse portfolio of office, retail, mixed-use, and multifamily properties throughout West Michigan. Prior to forming Pure, Anne was Managing Director for Colliers Real Estate Management services group for the state of Michigan. In that role she oversaw a team of 25 professionals, managing over 7 million square feet of office, industrial, retail and high-rise condominiums.
Ficeli has more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate and asset management. She began her career working for a property owner, which she credits for the “owners’ mindset” she still holds today. Anne prides herself on becoming a trusted advisor/partner to her clients by treating each asset as if it were her own. She believes the key to building long-lasting relationships is integrity and honest communication.
Anne earned her CPM designation in 2005 and is a licensed real estate professional in the state of Michigan. She served as President of IREM Chapter 62 from 2017-2019. In addition to her involvement with IREM, Anne is also on the board of CREW West Michigan, is an active member of the Commercial Alliance of Realtors, and is former board member of BOMA West Michigan.
