Debbie Prejeant, CPM®2021-2022 IREM® Regional Vice President Region 5 (AL, AR, LA, MS) Latter and Blum Property Management, AMO® New Orleans, LA
Debbie Prejeant, CPM®, is the 2021-2022 regional vice president for IREM (Institute for Real Estate Management) for Region 5, encompassing chapters in Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mississippi. She serves as a member of IREM's National Governing Council, Legislative Committee, and Federal Advocacy Board. She’s a licensed Louisiana Real Estate Broker with a lifetime dedicated to ethical business practices and maximizing the value of real estate investments as a well-recognized leader in property management. The majority of her career was devoted to Latter & Blum as a Property Manager & Agent from 1979-2003, and Debbie was promoted to Director of Single Family Property Management and Leasing in 2004.
She’s respected as a trusted real estate advisor with in-depth public relations expertise in fostering strong alliances with other business leaders, networking, developing a broad community outreach, and serving as a liaison, facilitator, chairperson and board member. Debbie’s also highly knowledgeable of condominium management and ever-changing housing market rules and regulations.
