Jolene Terry-Phinney, CPM®, is the 2019-2020 regional vice president for IREM (the Institute of Real Estate Management) for Region 8, encompassing chapters in Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, and Utah.
Terry-Phinney is a seasoned professional with more than 30 years of diversified commercial real estate experience in areas of property management, development, leasing, and construction management with the ability to look “outside the box” to try new innovative ideas for tenant retention & satisfaction and increasing assets value.
Terry-Phinney is active in the local IREM Utah chapter and was chapter president in 2012. She was also named CPM of the Year in 2014 by the Utah chapter and has chaired/served on several chapter committees over the years.
Terry-Phinney has a Degree in Business Management from Southern Utah University and holds a Utah Real Estate license. She is also a past president (2014-2015) of the Junior League of Salt Lake City and is an Active member of the Junior League of Ogden.
Terry-Phinney is a member of the IREM Utah chapter.
