Rules and Regulations

  1. Nominee must be an employee of an AMO Firm at the time of nomination and not currently an IREM Member.
  2. As of February 15, 2018, nominee must be 35 years old or younger.
  3. As of March 1, 2018, nominee must have at least two years of qualifying experience that would earn credit toward the CPM designation and provide documentation as part of the acceptance program.
  4. The participant fee of $5,200 is non-transferrable and non-refundable, and inclusive of all CPM course and exam tuitions, conference registrations, application fees, and 2018-2019 national and chapter CPM Candidate dues. (Travel and lodging expenses are excluded.)
  5. Nominee must complete all CPM requirements, including online courses, attending classroom courses, and attending 2018 and 2019 IREM Global Summits, as described in the program timeline.
  6. Upon acceptance, participant agrees to submit, within prescribed timeframe: acceptance form with verification of qualifying experience, a CPM Candidate Member application, and the $5,200 participant fee.
  7. Participants will be recognized through IREM communication channels, including, but not limited to: social media, JPM, Real Estate Management News, IREM website, IREM conferences.
  8. Participants agree to provide verbal and video testimonials about the program and their experience.
