2020 IREM 30 Under 30 Recipient

Ashley Sims is a born and raised Texas girl who knew from a very young age that she wanted to become a Commercial Property Manager, just like her Aunt. Her outgoing personality and strong interpersonal skills have proven to be some of her most valuable qualities as they have played a major role in her career success thus far. Ashley began her career with Wulfe Management Services, Inc. in 2014 as an Administrative Assistant and quickly advanced to Assistant Property Manager, managing a portfolio consisting of approximately 1.2 million square feet of retail properties in the Houston area. She has recently been promoted to Property Manager and is eager to continue her growth in the commercial real estate management industry. Ashley graduated from The University of Houston-Downtown with her Bachelors of Business Administration in Business Management. She holds an active Texas Real Estate License, and just recently earned her ACoM certification. Ashley was a chosen candidate for IREM Houston’s 2019 Future Leaders Program, making her a graduate of the first class of Future Leaders within the IREM Houston chapter.
