Prepare for the 2026 IREM® Certified Sustainable Property (CSP®) application cycle with a clear overview of updated registration steps, applicant resources, and program requirements. In this course, Todd Feist explains what has changed, what still applies, and how to move through the process with greater confidence.
You'll learn how the updated CSP registration process works, including the requirement to register each property before accessing the full application. The course also introduces the CSP-AP, explains who it is designed for, and describes how it can help professionals guide properties through the CSP process.

Todd Feist is IREM’s Director of Sustainability Programs. In this role, he leads the IREM® Certified Sustainable Property (CSP®) program with guidance from IREM’s Sustainability Advisory Council. He also works with IREM members and other experts to develop resources that help owners and property managers pursue the sustainability goals established for their assets.
