Hadley McKnight, ARM®, CPM® Candidate, is a Senior Operations Analyst at Berger Communities, where she focuses on reporting, data analysis, and operational efficiencies in support of the executive operations team. She holds a degree in Accounting and Data Analytics from Mercy College and brings a detail-oriented, analytical approach to multifamily property management.
Hadley is actively involved in the industry, serving on the national IREM® Next Gen Advisory Council and as Chair of the IREM Delaware Valley Education and Events Committee. She is currently pursuing her Certified Property Manager® (CPM®) designation and is an active contributor to the National Apartment Association at both the national and local levels.
