Menash Zadik is Co-Founder of Doerly Works and a business professional with 25 years of experience in operations, real estate, and general business. Before co-founding Doerly Works, he served as Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Elmdale Partners, where he supported operational transformations involving acquisitions, mergers, investor relations, fundraising, and rebranding. He also helped advance the use of remote work and flexible labor solutions to streamline human resources operations and reduce costs.
Previously, Menash served as Regional President at Invitation Homes, a Blackstone portfolio company, where he oversaw the development of its Midwest operation and managed a property portfolio valued at more than $1 billion. Earlier in his career, he founded and led a multistate real estate company and worked at Accenture, consulting with major organizations on information technology and change management initiatives.
Through his work at Doerly Works, Menash focuses on helping businesses improve operational efficiency, adaptability, and resilience through effective remote staffing solutions.
