Vickie began working in Property Management over 33 years ago. During her life as a professional Property Manager, Vickie has managed homeowner's associations, single family dwellings, multi-family communities and commercial properties. She has earned four professional property management designations (CPM, ARM, MPM, and RMP). Her company is an AMO (ACCREDITED MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION) and a CRMC (Certified Residential Management Company). In 2010 she had the distinct honor of serving as the National President for NARPM® (National Association of Residential Property Managers®). Vickie is an instructor on the National Faculty for NARPM and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Vickie’s second edition of her book titled: Community Associations: A Guide to Successful Management came out in January of 2019. Vickie loves her grandkids, football, fly fishing and camping, all in that order.

Writing a business plan is an important step before launching a property management company. There are many things to consider, such as whether there is a required format to use, how long the business plan should be, and if there should be more than one version. During this informative webinar, Tiffany Jackson, CPM will discuss which topics need to be included in the business plan and why it is so important to take time to consider each of these things during this phase. She will also discuss what happens and what to do once the business plan is finished.

During her career, Tiffany has managed Class A/B high-rise office buildings, Medical Office Buildings, Retail Centers, Industrial Buildings, and Commercial Owner’s Associations. Over the years, she has managed properties from 5,000 square feet to over 300,000 square feet.
As a graduate of the University of Oklahoma, Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Arts in Administrative Leadership. She holds both an Employing Broker’s License and a Community Association Manager License from the State of Colorado as well as a Broker In Charge License in the State of North Carolina. She earned her CPM® designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in 2009 and is currently pursuing the CCIM® designation through the CCIM Institute and plans to sit for the exam in October 2019. Additionally, Tiffany served five years on the Board for the “Greater Denver” Chapter of IREM, ultimately serving as the Chapter President in 2013. She also served as the Legislative Chair for her Chapter for 4 years, on the National Legislative & Public Policy Committee for IREM for 8 years, and as the Ethics Facilitator for IREM for the State of Colorado for 4 years.
Tiffany is the President & CEO of Compass Management, LLC, a commercial property management company, which she launched in April 2014. Her company’s current portfolio includes just over 1,100,000 square feet of space in the office, medical office, industrial, retail, and commercial owners’ association markets. Tiffany intends to start developing commercial real estate in late 2019/early 2020 and will then self -manage those assets.
