Over 33 years, Scott’s experience as a PA has taken him from Canada to Mexico, California to New York and Puerto Rico, handling manufacturing, mercantile, aviation, habitational and governmental losses.

As a past President of the National Association of Public Insurance adjusters, Scott expanded the influence of PA’s in the NAIC, Coalition Against Insurance Fraud, and States’ Departments of Insurance. Scott was an instrumental facilitator of the Colorado insurance Statute 10-3-1115 bad faith law, which is arguably the best consumer protection first party legislation in the US.
