With nearly 30 years of hands-on experience spanning the full spectrum of commercial real estate—from property operations and lease administration to portfolio-level financial management —Michaela LaBarre brings a uniquely well-rounded perspective to real estate professionals at every career stage.

Since joining Kardin Systems in 2008, Michaela has held pivotal roles across sales, technical support, training, quality assurance, implementation, chart of accounts flow, and account management. This diverse background gives her unparalleled insight into both the strategic and practical challenges property managers face when preparing budgets, reforecasting, executing year-end CAM reconciliations, and aggregating portfolio data for audit and executive decision-making. She currently serves as Sr. Account Manager for Kardin's largest enterprise clients, where her deep industry knowledge and product expertise help organizations optimize their financial operations and reporting workflows.

Prior to Kardin Systems, Michaela honed her operational expertise at Advantis GVA, supporting brokerage and property management services before advancing to Lease Administrator within the Corporate Services division. Her career began at Baita International REIT as an Assistant Property Manager, where she prepared bilingual monthly investor reports in English and German — experience that shaped her commitment to accuracy, transparency, and stakeholder communication.
