Menash Zadik is a seasoned business professional with 25 years of diverse experience in general business, operations, and real estate. He co-founded Doerly Works after an impactful tenure as a Partner and COO at Elmdale Partners, a prominent real estate platform in the Midwest and Florida. At Elmdale, Menash played a pivotal role in spearheading significant operational transformations, including acquisitions, mergers, investor relations, fund-raising, and successful rebranding. Together with Noel Wiliams, co-founder of Doerly Works, he championed remote work as a competitive advantage, streamlining HR and achieving substantial cost savings on flexible labor solutions. Menash's focus on operational efficiencies translates into enhanced adaptability and resilience for businesses amid the prevailing uncertainty and volatility. Before joining Elmdale, he held the position of Regional President at Invitation Homes, a Blackstone portfolio company, where he oversaw the development of the Midwest operation, managing a vast portfolio of properties valued at over $1 billion between late 2012 and early 2015. Earlier in his career, Menash founded and led a successful real estate company operating in multiple states. Menash started his career at Accenture where he consulted to some of the worlds leading companies on IT and change management issues and honed his business analysis skills.
