The Institute of Real Estate Management began in 1933 with 14 founders. In 1935, IREM expanded, offering its first individual memberships to 30 real estate management professionals.  75 years later, we have nearly 18,000 members taking advantage of all the benefits our growing organization has to offer. A lot has changed, but one thing remains the same - IREM membership is the key to your success as a real estate management professional.
