George M. Brooker, CPM Diversity Collegiate Scholarship
This scholarship is named in honor of George M. Brooker, CPM. He was active in IREM serving in many leadership roles including Senior Vice President. He served as founder and president of the Harlem Business Alliance and his major focus was on improving Harlem. The purpose of the scholarship is to attract young people from underrepresented populations into the real estate management business and to create a more diverse workforce.
- Graduate-level awards are granted in amounts up to $5,000.
- Undergraduate-level awards are granted in amounts up to $2,500.
- Money awarded may be applied toward tuition, books, and fee expenses connected with the program of study in the ensuing academic year.
Application Deadline: June 30 and December 31
