“Calm in the Storm: Managers Cope with Crises”
Featured Session on Monday, April 13
Property managers stand on the front lines when crises hit their properties, whether it’s an office building, a residential complex or retail center. In addition to the natural disasters that can befall a property--storms and earthquakes--there are the increasing number of headline-making crises of human origin: shootings, burglaries and the spread of diseases such as Ebola.
In this frank and intensive panel discussion, managers who have lived through such events talk frankly about how to cope and communicate with their occupants and the media.
