In support of this statement, IREM provides scholarships for diverse IREM leaders to participate at IREM national meetings and demonstrates inclusion and encourages diversity through its professional journal, JPM®, professional and chapter learning opportunities at national meetings, in alliances with other organizations, and through local outreach and mentoring by IREM chapters to attract diverse student and member base.
In addition, the IREM Foundation provides scholarships for IREM courses to individuals who are members of underrepresented groups.
