Highlighting 30 professionals who have made significant impacts in the industry and their community.

Who's eligible?

Current members of IREM who are under the age of 30 in the year in which the award is given.

What are the criteria?

A cross-section of people from the real estate management industry who are proven leaders in the field. Our reviewers are looking for professionals who has demonstrated the ability to tackle major challenges, developed innovative solutions, overcome career obstacles and/or shown exceptional leadership both in their career and their community. 

How do I nominate someone?

Click here to nominate 30 Under 30. You will be asked a series of questions about the individual. After your nomination is submitted you will receive an email confirmation.

What's the deadline for nominations?

Nominations will be accepted through April 1.

Can I fax or mail in my nomination?

Submissions are only accepted through our online form.

When will the 2019 recipients be announced?

Recipients will be notified in May. They will be officially featured in the July/August issue of theJPMand will be recognized at the 2019 IREM Annual Global Summit.
