IREM® has partnered with Propdocs to help members easily manage deals, keep forms organized, and more. We’ve loaded all IREM’s forms and checklists into Propdocs. Use IREM’s docs or create your own*. The Propdocs platform helps businesses of all sizes write, email, negotiate, and sign deals from leasing agreements to vendor contracts, and more. Create your free account or upgrade to a paid account based on your needs.*

How can I access the Propdocs platform?

1. Sign up and enter your email address
• Note: This does not have to be the same as your IREM membership email address
2. Click on the link in the email verification and continue to complete the sign up process

Request access to IREM

1. After signing up, go to the left side menu and under 'Settings,' click 'Organizations'
2. Click "Add Organization" (orange button at the top right of the page).
3. Select "IREM" as the Organization.
4. Enter your IREM Membership ID number in the Member ID field.

If you don't know your Membership ID, you can find it by going to myIREM under My account

Pricing

IREM members have free access to create an account and create 250 deals per year.

*Interested in deals beyond 250 or the ability to use your own template? Simply upgrade your subscription. IREM members receive a 25% discount on the first year of a paid subscription.
