Anne Lemon, CPM, ARM, serves on the IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) Executive Committee. She is a Managing Principal at US Asset Services, LLC.

Previously with Kessinger/Hunter & Co. LLC, Lemon has nearly 20 years of commercial real estate experience managing all property types including numerous GSA leases working with such agencies as Department of Health and Human Services, Office of the Inspector General, Veteran’s Administration, Secret Service, Federal Emergency Management Agency and United States Department of Agriculture. 

Lemon has managed multiple class A office portfolios in urban and suburban markets for clients such as Scanlon Kemper Bard, Colony Realty Partners, St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance, and Hallmark Family Foundation. She had oversight of a team responsible for approximately one million square feet of Class A Office property along the College Boulevard corridor in Overland Park, KS for Block Real Estate Services, LLC. The portfolio was previously owned by the Boston based REIT, Colony Realty Partners. Lemon also spent eight years with Copaken White & Blitt and was responsible for 1.2 million square feet of Class A Office property located in downtown Kansas City.

Lemon earned her ARM certification in 2001, and her CPM designation in 2003.  Over the years, she has been active in the organization both locally and nationally. On the local level, she has held numerous leadership positions with IREM’s Kansas City Chapter 15, including that of president, and also served as a member on the Executive Committee for the chapter from 2004-2012. She was honored with the chapters “CPM of the Year” award in 2006.  At the national level, she has served as Regional Vice President and has been active in serving on multiple IREM committees and boards.

In 2000, Lemon received a degree in Business Administration from the Bloch School of Business at the University of Missouri in Kansas City, earning a place on the Dean’s List.
