Brad Ashley, CPM, RPA, is the 2018-2019 Regional Vice President for the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) for Region 10 encompassing chapters in Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota. He is Managing Director of Property and Facilities Management at Newmark Grubb Zimmer (www.ngzimmer.com), in their Kansas City office, where he oversees a team of professionals who manage more than 10 million square feet of commercial property.

Brad is an authority in the property management industry with strengths in developing talent and maximizing the collaboration of the teams he leads. His ability to present and execute innovative ideas increases tenant satisfaction while simultaneously maximizing the assets value.

Brad is active in the local real estate industry and volunteers his time with student outreach at local colleges and universities. He is also Past President of IREM’s Kansas City Chapter.  Brad was named CPM of the Year by the Kansas City Chapter in 2008 and was a finalist for IREM’s REME Awards CPM of the Year in 2015. He was also recognized by the Journal of Property Management in their Academy of Authors.

Brad earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a minor in Finance from the University of Kansas and holds real estate licenses in both Missouri and Kansas.

Brad is a member of the IREM Kansas City Chapter.
