The IREM Property Managers’ Day on Capitol Hill is an advocacy event for IREM members who want to bring real-world property management experience to federal policymakers. The program includes a Congressional Briefing and meetings with legislators and staff. Members provide insights to lawmakers on how policy decisions affect operations, housing providers, residents, and communities.
Congressional Briefing helps align key messages, and the Capitol Hill meetings provide members a chance to educate legislators about how federal policy affects property operations, housing availability, compliance, and community stability.
