Laurie Rushevics, CPM®
Laurie manages over a half million square feet of Class A commercial real estate, including a prominent high rise in the downtown CBD of Columbus, Ohio, for CBRE. Working in the industry for more than 25 years, she has held several positions of leadership in property management, notably: multi-family, mixed-use, student housing, and office portfolios.
Throughout her career, Laurie has worked in Madison, Wisconsin; Seattle, Washington; and Columbus, Ohio, becoming heavily involved with IREM in both the Western Washington Chapter 27 and the Columbus Chapter 42. In 1993, Laurie earned her Accredited Residential Manager, ARM® designation and in 2009, her Certified Property Manager, CPM® designation.
Laurie holds a B.S. in Applied Management and is currently working on her MBA from the Carson College of Business at Washington State University.
