Welcome to the new irem.org

We’re very excited to announce the launch of our redesigned website. Throughout 2019 we’ve been working with real estate management professionals to understand how they use irem.org, and how we can improve it to better serve you.

The new irem.org highlights our strengths: Our certifications – including real estate management’s premier certification, the CPM® – our membership offerings, our learning resources like courses, publications, and tools, and our events and advocacy.

We’ve made it easier to find some of our top resources – like our Income/Expense Analysis® Reports and information about how to become a property manager.

We’ve also prioritized the IREM Store – so members and non-members can quickly access the certification courses, forms, and checklists they need to work smarter and stay on top of trends.

This new website is the result of months of strategy, design, and testing – but it’s just the beginning. The industry comes to our Institute for the knowledge they need to solve real estate management’s most dynamic challenges, so we’re committed to delivering it – online and offline – through any experience they have with IREM.

Look for more great things ahead in 2020 and beyond.
