How do you measure up? Understanding how you measure up to your peers and the market is critical to managing expectations and successfully executing a business plan. IREM’s Income/Expense IQ allows you to gather information and data, giving you the tools needed to measure your performance against the competition and your own goals.
But to be truly successful and leverage the fullness of your market’s performance, you need to participate. This course will introduce you the concepts and utility of benchmarking and submitting data to IREM, and to the key aspects of using the IREM Income/Expense IQ tool.
