Conflict is a natural part of working with others - but how we manage it makes all the difference. This course will help you better understand the dynamics of conflict and how to address them productively in the workplace.
You’ll learn to define conflict, identify its four primary types, and recognize common root causes that can lead to misunderstandings or tension among teams. You’ll also be introduced to the C.A.R.E. Method, a practical framework designed to help you de-escalate challenging situations with clarity and empathy. The difference between healthy and unhealthy conflict will be explored, as will tools to transform potentially negative interactions into opportunities for growth, collaboration, and stronger team dynamics.
