Course Description
A healthy workplace culture is foundational for team performance and is often stymied by a lack of trust and collaboration. Employees thrive in workplaces where they feel safe to share ideas, take risks and express their opinions without fear of intimidation. This is commonly referred to as psychological safety.
This course offers a framework for creating collaborative cultures that foster innovation, better decision making and improved communication.
