Course Description
Human sex trafficking is a disturbing and growing issue that is impacting the residential and commercial property arena more than ever before. Human trafficking often involves women, generally from other countries, being brought to the United States, many times under false promises and forced into sexual servitude, labor, and exploitation – often in the very real estate assets you manage. This informative program is intended to inform and benefit property managers and owners of both subsidized and market-rate properties.
