Course Description
During this informative course Public Adjuster, Scott deLuise, will provide Commercial Brokers, Property Managers, and owners with an overview of Business Interruption insurance (also known as Business Income Coverage) which covers the loss of income suffered by a property owner when damage to its premises by a covered cause of loss creates a slowdown or suspension of its operations. After attending this course, participants will be better able to serve their clients and reduce loss of Net Operating Income (NOI) after a loss, thereby stabilizing or increasing property values.
